Yasmin Seay, MD

Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician

Dr. Seay specializes in developmental-behavioral pediatrics—a pediatric subspecialty focused on how children develop, learn, and behave. While her practice overlaps with child psychiatry, her training gives her unique expertise in understanding how neurodevelopmental conditions like ADHD, autism, and tic disorders intersect with mental health challenges.

She provides medication management and evidence-based treatment for children over 3 years old through college-age young adults dealing with complex ADHD, anxiety, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, tic disorders, behavioral concerns, and sleep issues. Dr. Seay has specialized experience in the medical management of eating disorders—including anorexia nervosa, atypical anorexia, bulimia nervosa, ARFID, and binge eating disorder—in both clinic and hospital settings.

Because eating disorders and neurodevelopmental disabilities are often deeply connected, Dr. Seay helps families navigate these challenging intersections through comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment plans. She takes a whole-child approach, understanding that behavior, development, and mental health are intimately linked.

If your child has been told they're "too complex" or you've struggled to find someone who understands both the developmental and psychiatric pieces of the puzzle, Dr. Seay may be the right fit.
